Composite Repairs

Radome
Specializing in Airbus and Boeing aircraft, our dedicated composite department provides comprehensive radome repair services that ensure flight safety and radar performance.
We execute a meticulous repair process beginning with full paint removal and thorough Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) procedures to detect all defects.
Every radome undergoes a critical moisture check and a final transmission test to guarantee signal integrity before being returned to service. Trust our experienced team and well-equipped facility to deliver fully compliant, high-quality repairs that minimize aircraft downtime
Bonded flying control repairs
Our work centers on the specialized and safety-critical repair of bonded flying control surfaces, including flaps, slats, ailerons, and spoilers. These components utilize advanced composite sandwich structures and metal-to-metal bonding to achieve optimal strength-to-weight ratios.
Accurate repair is paramount, often involving meticulous removal and replacement of damaged honeycomb core material and the execution of high-tolerance scarf or step-lap bonded repairs on skins. We are proficient in all aspects of structural integrity maintenance, from addressing damage on the vulnerable metal leading edges to implementing complex internal modifications, such as bonded rib installations, precisely as stipulated by engineering orders and Service Bulletins (SBs).
By adhering to stringent environmental controls and cure cycles, we ensure that every repaired flying control surface meets or exceeds the original equipment manufacturer's load path and aerodynamic specifications.

Interiors
Our Composite Department specializes in the expert manufacture, repair, and overhaul of advanced aircraft interior components.
We utilize lightweight composite materials to repair everything from essential elements like lavatory panels to high-touch passenger features like hat bin doors. our core services include detailed refurbishment, which involves precision work like replacing damaged inserts, restoring aesthetic trim, and updating specialized decorative surfaces to ensure every component is durable, meets stringent safety regulations, and maintains a premium cabin appearance.
