Integrated Repair and Support Services
Beyond structural work, our facility features dedicated Spray Booths for expert coating application and an Avionics Department for testing and repair of a wide range of components. All operations are supported by robust In-House Logistics, ensuring seamless inventory control and efficient flow of materials. We deliver efficient, high-quality, and reliable turnaround times on every project.
Structures / Sheet Metal Shop
Our structures team includes certified inspectors and expert sheet metal engineers with decades of experience. Our facility is fully equipped with advanced tooling, and our staff are highly trained in its use to handle even the most complex repairs.
Composite Repairs
Our composite team handles scarf repairs, wet layups, pre-preg processes, and metal-to-metal bonding. From quick field fixes to fully structural heat-cured repairs, we deliver certified, high-quality results.
Avionics
We specialize in aircraft electrical systems, expertly servicing all internal and external lighting and providing full maintenance for all powered galley inserts, including ovens, boilers, and coffee makers.
Paint Booths
