Our structures department consists of certified inspectors and highly skilled sheet metal engineers, whose collective knowledge spans many decades.
Our structure facility is fully equipped with a vast array of tooling required to carry out the most complex repairs. All staff are highly skilled in the operational use of this equipment
.
With capabilities spanning Scarf repairs, wet layup, and intricate pre-preg repair processes, our composite department is equipped to restore structural integrity to the most demanding components.
Beyond advanced composite work, we also specialize in both metal to metal hot bond and metal to metal repairs, providing versatile, high-strength adhesive solutions for metallic structures.
Our comprehensive facility ensures that whether your component requires a field-ready wet layup or a fully structural, heat-cured pre-preg patch or bonded metal repair, we deliver precision, quality, and certification-ready results.
Our avionics team provides expert aircraft electrical maintenance, specializing in lighting systems, cabin accessories, and survival equipment. We service all internal and external lighting—from anti-collision strobes to cockpit dimmers—ensuring safety and compliance.
We also maintain under-seat survival packs containing life vests and locator beacons, guaranteeing readiness in any emergency. Additionally, our technicians service galley equipment, including ovens, coffee makers, and boilers, to keep in-flight operations running smoothly and reliably.
Our aviation paint preparation process meets the highest industry standards, ensuring every surface is perfectly prepared for maximum adhesion and durability. Using approved chemical or dry-stripping methods, we remove existing coatings without compromising the metal or composite substrate, followed by precise masking to protect critical components and achieve a clean, professional foundation for finishing.
We apply advanced, multi-layer coating systems that go beyond aesthetics—delivering superior protection, corrosion resistance, and aerodynamic efficiency. With aerospace-grade primers and high-performance polyurethane or base coat/clear coat finishes, our coatings withstand extreme UV exposure, temperature shifts, and chemical abrasion, preserving both the aircraft’s appearance and long-term performance.
Our company delivers experienced engineering teams that work seamlessly alongside customer oversight to ensure every technical and operational objective is met.
We offer multi-disciplined project teams to oversee and deliver heavy maintenance programs and global line support operations.
For more specific needs, we can deploy individual specialist engineers to perform minor repairs, support AOG recovery, and contribute technical expertise to ongoing projects.
Our facility is equipped with extensive onsite tooling to handle the most demanding aircraft structural and composite repairs, ensuring maximum safety and minimal downtime for your fleet. We manage the full spectrum of sheet metal work, from simple patching to complex airframe fixes, utilizing specialized equipment like the classic English Wheel for intricate panel forming and the high-precision Piccolo machine.
Crucially, we maintain the capability to fabricate repair parts to the highest standard in-house. For modern airframes, our comprehensive composite tooling, including multiple hot bonding boxes, allows us to perform precise, certified repairs on carbon fiber and fiberglass components with complete integrity. This combination of traditional craftsmanship and advanced technology means we are uniquely positioned to return your aircraft to service efficiently and reliably.
