Over two years ago, Toby began his apprenticeship with us, embarking on a journey that combined both classroom theory and practical application. To give him the strongest possible foundation, we partnered with Marshalls Aerospace to support his theoretical training before welcoming him into our Structures team.

Since then, Toby has gone from strength to strength. His ability to translate knowledge into practice has been remarkable, and he continues to refine his already impressive hand skills in the workshop.
